This beautiful south side Sydney boat shed has a serene outlook. We used textures, fabrics and lighting to create minimal layers without distracting from the view. The white palette mixed with tonal shades makes a space feel summery and Australian. We weren't afraid of mixing and matching styles letting natural elements be unique and embracing the imperfections. Hardwood ceiling beams were added to tie in with the original timber flooring and because of the location we had to be very thoughtful of specifying hard-wearing products.
