Coco House

Once an old cottage, Coco House has been reimagined behind a contemporary exterior of solid concrete, in collaboration with Innovate Architects. Inside, stone is used with a sense of play — natural stone layered across benchtops, floors and bathroom walls in considered combinations. A mix of complementary styles keeps the home timeless rather than bound to any single trend, while custom panelled feature walls, rattan joinery details, recycled glass-panelled doors and characterful wallpapers — particularly in the children's rooms — give it personality. A built-in banquette is a quiet piece of problem-solving, making smart use of a long, narrow dining and living space.
