A bold statement in commercial luxury, EB's design for the Sub-Zero and Wolf display within Winnings' multi-sensory flagship showroom in Redfern reimagines the premium retail experience. The brief was to honour the engineering, heritage and craftsmanship of these iconic appliance brands — translating their professional power into a sophisticated, lifestyle-driven setting.

Working with Finecut Joinery, the space leans on bespoke materiality and exacting execution, juxtaposing the brands' sleek steel and dark glass against deeply textured surfaces, warm timber panelling and tailored detail. Clear architectural sightlines invite visitors to step inside a fully realised, high-end kitchen landscape — a testament to EB's ability to bring the intimate, layered sophistication of a private residence to a large-scale commercial space.
