Reimagined within the shell of the existing home, Bentley House softens the original's hard, square lines with sculptural architectural moments. A relocated kitchen becomes the home's centre — an inclusive heart for a family of four — while a new central staircase rises as a statement on entry, its organic form drawn from the bayside beach beyond. The owners' calm, relaxed nature is reflected in soft tonal finishes and a lived-in ease, layered with natural stone, timber and tile and lifted by playful hints of colour. Not bound to a single style, it blends many into one timeless, deeply personal whole.
